BACCO STUDIO
Bacco Studio is a culinary art space where food and design converge.
Founded by Lara and Lia in 2024 in Lisbon, the studio focuses on the production of gastronomic events — including pasta workshops, curated dinners, and catering — alongside table design, event styling, and art direction.
Lia, a set designer and scenographer from Bologna, brings a strong visual and spatial sensibility into the world of food. Lara, originally from Munich, draws on years of experience in hospitality, having previously co-owned a restaurant. Together, they create thoughtful, understated experiences centered on atmosphere, detail, and human connection.
At Bacco Studio, we host pasta workshops, shared meals, and curated events that celebrate seasonality, craftsmanship, and the beauty of everyday rituals. Each table is conceived with the same care as the menu, reflecting a dialogue between aesthetics and conviviality, shaped by our cultural backgrounds.
The Studio is a space to slow down, to learn, and to gather. From our workshops in Lisbon to events across Portugal and projects throughout Europe, everything we create is designed to feel personal, intentional, and quietly evocative.

We offer creative direction, set styling, and table design for brands, editorials, and private events — always drawing on natural materials, seasonal tones, and a Mediterranean aesthetic. Whether it’s a photoshoot, a product launch, or a one-of-a-kind celebration, we help shape experiences that feel both grounded and imaginative.
Collaborations and Consulting
Beyond our own events, we collaborate with chefs, creatives, and brands on tailored food and design projects.
From developing visual concepts to co-hosting workshops and consulting on culinary experiences, we love building thoughtful partnerships that reflect our values: simplicity, creativity, and a deep respect for craft
Event production
We host hands-on pasta workshops in our Lisbon studio, a space to learn, share, and enjoy food at a slower pace.
We also organize events like intimate dinner parties, seasonal supper clubs, and culinary retreats that celebrate regional flavors and meaningful connections. Each gathering is designed to feel warm, personal, and beautifully considered.
